Amaya has experience in tax consulting related to assisting multinational and transnational companies in the compliance of their Mexican tax obligations throughout the implementation of efficient tax and corporate restructurings; she also has experience in advising and counselling clients in connection to the application of benefits provided by the treaties to avoid double taxation.

Additionally, she has participated in mergers, VAT refunds, Due Diligence procedures and advising foreign Real Estate Financing Funds that opts for the net basis election.
