Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Committee
We have a Diversity and Inclusion Committee responsible for developing corporate strategy, defining initiatives, ensuring internal and external communication, and assessing progress on the Firm's diversity objectives. This is intended to represent a competitive advantage and forward-thinking approach to benefit the various matters we handle and the organizations we work for daily.
Initiatives and Alliances
- UN Global Compact: We have joined the UN Global Compact, emphasizing sustainability at leadership levels.
- Conferences and Workshops: We organize awareness events on D&I, advocating for gender equality, LGTBIQ+ rights, and disability inclusion.
- Milestones: We celebrate the tenth anniversary of employing a young person with an intellectual disability.
Diversity and Inclusion are fundamental elements in our Firm, and indeed, we consider them a great strength.
