Waded Mobarak has extensive experience advising and participating in domestic and international transactional matters related to the acquisition, development and operation of infrastructure projects, particularly in the energy sector.

She has also been actively involved in representing both Mexican and foreign entities in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and project finance structures in different sectors, specifically in the energy industry with conventional power projects.
