Pedro’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities matters and corporate governance.  He has advised entities in a variety of industries on a wide range of matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions and divestitures, IPOs and other capital market transactions, spin-offs, joint ventures, and private equity transactions.  He has also experience advising local and international entities in sports law related matters.
