Patrick focuses on representing Mexican and foreign clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including public and private offerings of equity, debt and structured securities, financings and mergers and acquisitions.

He has worked on multiple domestic and international offerings representing issuers, investment banks and other financial institutions. In addition, he has been involved in several mergers and acquisitions banking and other corporate finance transactions in Mexico and the United States.

Patrick has assisted in a large number of domestic and international deals, representing issuers, investment banks, and other financial institutions. In addition, he has been involved in various corporate financing operations, advising both banks and borrowers on local and international operations, several of which incorporate ESG components, either in green or social financing, or in financing operations linked to indicators. of sustainability.
