Mariana’s practice focuses on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mariana has participated on a wide range of matters, including financing and refinancing transactions, acquisitions, public offerings and other capital markets transactions. She also has experience in foreign investment structures related to regulated activities and equity acquisitions carried out in Mexico by foreign entities.

Additionally, Mariana has advised diverse entities in corporate matters, including in the incorporation, transformation, merger, division, dissolution, and liquidation of Mexican companies, among other related activities. She also has experience in civil and notarial matters.
