Francisco Romero has been involved in project finance, energy and mergers and acquisitions. Francisco has regularly advised sponsors, borrowers and lenders alike, in the development, structuring and financing of infrastructure projects, including renewable energy projects such as wind farms and solar projects, actively participating in financial, contractual and real estate matters.

Francisco has been involved in the structuring, planning and execution of various real estate projects, providing advice to local and foreign sellers, buyers and private equity funds; likewise, Mr. Romero has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate affairs in general.
