Eugenio regularly counsels domestic and cross-border parties in merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, involving public and private entities.

He has also represented issuers and financial institutions in several domestic and international, public and private, debt and equity offerings, and advises clients in the negotiation, structuring and drafting of commercial loans and other complex financings.

Eugenio is also an active partner of the firm’s Real estate practice. He focuses on advising hospitality companies and investors, on the legal and regulatory aspects of real estate investments in the commercial, residential, hospitality and industrial sectors. His practice includes advising on matters related to development and operation of real estate projects and hospitality assets, acquisition and sale of real estate assets, among others.

Author of different articles for international publications including “The International Comparative Legal Guide to Real Estate ”, by the Association of Corporate Counsel.
