Eduardo has experience in the areas of financing, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, sports law, entertainment law, as well as broad experience in general corporate law.

He has broad experience in advising private companies and banking institutions in financing transactions, including syndicated financings, and in the structuring and implementation of securities. He has also advised buyers, sellers and investors in acquisitions, mergers and strategic alliances.

Additionally, Eduardo has advised clients in business transactions, various contracts and negotiations, including the negotiation of sponsorship and license agreements, with respect to sports law (mainly in matters related to soccer) and entertainment law.
