Alfonso Vilá

Associate since 2018

Alfonso focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as on general corporate matters.

‍

Alfonso has advised domestic and international buyers, sellers, investors, sponsors and multi-lateral institutions in a variety of complex transactions. His experience includes the structuring and implementation of acquisitions, investments, divestitures, joint ventures and tender offers across various regulated and unregulated sectors, including, among others, financial services, infrastructure and energy, real estate, manufacture and consumer goods.

Alfonso obtained his Law Degree (JD) from Universidad Panamericana in 2018 and a dual Master’s degree (MSc) in Law and Finance from Queen Mary University of London in 2024. Additionally, he has studied several postgraduate programs, including a program in International Political Economy at the London School of Economics and Political Science, a program in International Tax Law at New York University, and a program in International Tax Law at Universidad Panamericana.
