Juan Pedro has over 25 years of experience in Real Estate M&A and consulting across Mexico, Europe, and America. He is Senior Vice President at CBRE Mexico, where he previously led CBRE Hotels Mexico and the Cross Border and Residential practices. He was also a partner at Deloitte, where he spearheaded the Real Estate Practice for LATAM, and he founded his own advisory firm. He has been involved in real estate transactions exceeding US$3.4 billion and has extensive experience in business development, hotel feasibility, and portfolio optimization. He holds a Law degree from I.C.A.D.E. and an MBA from IESE, Universidad de Navarra.
