Marielle has experience in corporate, intellectual property, and real estate law, all three areas intertwined with projects for both national and multinational companies across various industries. Additionally, she possesses general knowledge in corporate law, contracts, and real estate transactions, overseeing property transfers in different jurisdictions of the Mexican Republic, up to the registration of legal acts with the respective government authorities.

Moreover, she has advised foreign companies seeking to establish operations in Mexico, guiding them through preliminary steps including corporate matters, intellectual property, industrial lease agreements, among others.
